Surviving the silly season the third

Over indulging is what Christmas is all about right? It's a time where all healthy eating goes out the window and come new year we're full of silly season remorse, swearing never again. Well this year there are a few things you can do to minimise your holiday hangover. We've already talked about food and drink now comes
Chapter 3: Suppliments
  1. Milk Thistle/St Mary's Thistle - a liver herb, excellent for giving your liver a little helping hand after putting it through the stress of a sugar overdose, take the morning of a big event
  2. Calcium and Magnesium - take after a big night out just before bed with a big glass of water to help minimise a hangover
  3. Dandilion - to help your body eliminate water and thus decrease fluid retension
  4. Valerian, Lemon Balm, Passionflower, Chamomile, - relaxation to help you sleep when you're lying awake trying to decide on a Christmas gift for you second cousin once removed
  5. Probiotics - help your bodies digestion along
