Surviving the silly season the second

So we've covered food, the next natural progression is
Chapter 2: Drink
  1. Make sure your drinking at least 2 litres of water a day to combat the dehydration from the heat, the running around and all the alcohol.
  2. When picking drinks, skip the wine, bubbles, pre-mixed drinks or beer and opt for clear spirits, such as gin or vodka mixed with some soda water and lime or a little real fruit juice. When holding a party, fruit punch is always a winning idea. There's less preservatives and sugars which can both add to a nasty hangover
  3. Add some liquid Cholorphyl or Colloidal Silver to your water to help alkalise your system and thus reverse some of the effects of over indulgence. 
  4. Switch to green tea for it's antioxidant and cleansing effect it has on your system.
